Felicia Guidry, Vice President independent broker of GRG Benefits & Consulting, LLC -Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma Region.

She has expanded her Real Estate Brokerage business model to incorporate a focus on financial wealth building principles. She believes the financial education service component that includes credit restoration, financial literacy debt management and legacy protection will increase access to homeownership.

Felicia holds a degree in Business Management, with her education and experience as a real estate instructor has helped her create unparalleled training and education programs on financial health building principles. With a great sense of humor and solid principles she leads, train and motivates her team to build and cultivate relationships.

She brings awareness and solutions to the community regarding finance and real estate for residential and commercial acquisition. She is an advocate for democracy in housing to create wealth and stability in communities through home ownership. Felicia spends countless hours on her passion hosting financial literacy, homebuyer education workshops and seminars within her community.

Felicia has anchored her community service for the last eight years with the Houston Black Real Estate Association (HBREA).    She currently serves as 2nd Vice President with past positions as a board member, secretary, and chaplain, of the organization for several terms.

The journey of real estate is multifaceted and constantly moving and she loves every minute of it. With over 50 plus combined years in business and sustainable development Felicia and her husband joined forces to form HFG Transportation, LLC. The company is Direct Freight and Hot Shot Trucking Services.

Felicia epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of her business. Her professional track record is strong because she is tenacious and operates in excellence with high ethical standards and does absolutely everything in her power to ensure her client’s success.

Felicia has earned numerous advancements and designations relating to her profession:  Vice President United Credit and Financial Education Services, Certified Commercial Real Estate Investment Planning Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, Texas Affordable Housing Specialist, Military Relocation, Asset and Property Management, Relocation Specialist, and Certified Distressed Property Expert to name a few.

Giving back to her community she host back to school supply drives and Business Bringing blankets a Holiday drive for the homeless.  She was the founder of “Walk the Talk” a 5k fun/run to raise annual scholarship proceeds. She also founded “WEE- Women Elevate Entreprnuership where she mentors and coaches women in start up business.
